Franklin AI Referral Program Terms

Effective September 15, 2025

1. Introduction

Franklin AI's Referral Program ("Program") allows eligible customers to earn rewards by referring new users to Franklin AI. Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), which Franklin AI may update, modify, or terminate at any time without prior notice. These Terms are subject to and incorporate Franklin AI's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By participating in the Program, you ("Referrer") agree to comply with these Terms. Franklin AI retains sole discretion to determine eligibility, participation, and reward issuance under the Program.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Referrer Eligibility

To participate as a Referrer, you must:

  • Have an active Franklin AI annual subscription at the time of referral and at the time the reward is issued
  • Be a resident of the United States or Canada
  • Not have received a refund on your Franklin AI subscription
  • Not be part of any Franklin AI partner, enterprise, or professional-sponsored program

Only annual subscribers are eligible to recommend friends. Each eligible Referrer may refer up to two (2) friends per calendar year.

Once eligible, you may share your unique referral link ("Referral Link"), provided in-product by Franklin AI, via email, social media, or other approved sharing methods.

2.2 Valid Referral Requirements

A referral will qualify as a "Valid Referral" if the referred user ("Referee"):

  • Has never previously created a Franklin AI account
  • Signs up using the Referrer's Referral Link (which automatically applies the $60 discount)
  • Subscribes to Franklin AI's annual plan via web billing (monthly plans, app store purchases, or sponsored plans do not qualify)
  • Remains on a paid Franklin AI subscription for at least 30 consecutive days without refunds, chargebacks, or disputes
  • Resides in the United States or Canada

Franklin AI reserves the right to deny rewards if eligibility criteria are not met or if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

3. Referral Rewards & Rebates

3.1 Referral Rewards

For each Valid Referral:

  • The Referrer will receive a $30 rebate
  • The Referee will receive a $60 coupon, applied toward their first annual Franklin AI subscription

Rewards are subject to the annual referral limit of two (2) Valid Referrals per Referrer per subscription year.

3.2 Rebate Process

Once the Referee satisfies all eligibility requirements, Franklin AI will automatically apply a credit to the Referrer's payment method on file. The credit will appear on the Referrer's next billing statement or invoice.

  • Credits are applied automatically — no action is required by the Referrer
  • The date the credit is applied is considered the rebate issuance date
  • Franklin AI is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions

3.3 Annual Referral Limit

  • Each Referrer may earn rebates for up to two (2) Valid Referrals per subscription year
  • A subscription year begins on the date the Referrer's annual subscription starts or renews
  • Referrals beyond this limit will not qualify for additional rewards
  • Referral limits reset upon each annual subscription renewal

3.4 Limitation of Liability

Franklin AI is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures, delays, or errors in credit processing by payment processors
  • Fraudulent, invalid, or unintended referrals
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program

Franklin AI reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or withhold rewards at its sole discretion if these Terms are violated or suspicious activity is identified.

3.5 Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AND RELEASES CONTAINED IN FRANKLIN AI'S TERMS OF USE APPLY FULLY TO PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM.

3.6 Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes associated with rebates or rewards received through this Program. Consult a tax advisor regarding your specific tax obligations.

3.7 Credit Restrictions

Referral credits are subject to the following restrictions:

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents
  • Credits are non-transferable and may only be applied to the Referrer's own account
  • Credits are non-refundable and cannot be credited back if unused
  • Credits apply only to the Referrer's next annual subscription renewal
  • Credits expire immediately if the Referrer's subscription is canceled, lapses, or otherwise terminated before renewal
  • Credits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers

4. Fraud Prevention & Ineligibility

Franklin AI strictly prohibits fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

  • Self-referrals or attempts to create multiple accounts
  • Use of fraudulent or stolen payment methods
  • Excessive refunds, disputes, or chargebacks associated with a Referrer's referrals

If Franklin AI determines that a Referrer or Referee has engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity:

  • The referral will be deemed invalid
  • The Referrer may be permanently disqualified from the Program
  • No further explanation or appeal will be provided

All decisions regarding eligibility, fraud, and rewards are final.

5. Program Changes & Termination

Franklin AI reserves the right to:

  • Modify Program terms, eligibility criteria, or reward structure at any time
  • Suspend or terminate the Program without prior notice
  • Impose additional safeguards to prevent abuse

Continued participation in the Program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
